Process

Five stages, no shortcuts

The order is not accidental. Every time a stage has been skipped, its cost came back multiplied in the next one.

Today: manual and scatteredAfter: one measurable flow

05 — Implementation and monitoring

Handover is not the end. What is not measured breaks quietly.

  1. 01

    Consultation and understanding the business

Before any tool, we work out how your business actually makes money.

One session, no cost and no sales deck. We ask what is holding you back, where work stalls, and which single fix would make the biggest difference. What comes out of it is a shared picture — not a quote.

    Deliverables

    • A shared view of the current state
    • A first list of bottlenecks
    • An honest read on whether automation is even the answer
  2. 02

    Process analysis

We map how the work is really done — not how we assume it is done.

We sit with the people doing the work and follow the real path of an order, a case or a request. There is almost always a gap between what the manager pictures and what actually happens; that gap is where most of the value is.

    Deliverables

    • A map of the current process
    • Points of rework and waiting
    • Estimated time and cost per step
  3. 03

    Needs assessment and prioritisation

We do not build everything at once. We start with what proves itself soonest.

Bottlenecks get ranked by impact against cost to fix, and we pick one small but complete slice. The aim is a visible result in the first few weeks, not an invisible six-month project.

    Deliverables

    • A clear scope for phase one
    • A numeric success measure
    • A schedule and named roles
  4. 04

    System design

Right structure before intelligence. Automating a broken process only makes it break faster.

We translate the corrected process into a system: one source of truth, clear routes, decision rules, and the points where a human must approve. AI enters where it genuinely helps; where a simple rule is enough, we leave the simple rule.

    Deliverables

    • Solution architecture
    • Flow design with human approval points
    • Documentation and decision rules
  5. 05

    Implementation and monitoring

Handover is not the end. What is not measured breaks quietly.

We roll the system out in stages, train the team, and add a monitoring layer that speaks up when something leaves its normal range. Once it is stable, the keys are yours.

    Deliverables

    • Staged rollout
    • Status dashboard and alerts
    • Team training and a maintenance runbook

Three rules we hold to

  • Structure before intelligence

We do not reach for AI until the process is right. It is the only way to avoid a fast result that does not last.

  • A small but complete slice

Rather than half of everything, we build one thing fully, so it is usable from the first weeks.

  • Measurable by design

We write the success measure as a number before starting. Without it, you can never say whether the project worked.

Next step

Let us start with a 45-minute conversation

No sales deck. We talk about your business, and at the end we tell you honestly whether now is the right time.
